“Mực Nhồi Thịt” CARAMELIZED STUFFED SQUID WITH PORK

 This dish, created by Mai's dad, is an exciting culinary adventure with two distinct cooking techniques. The deep-sea Phu Quoc squid is stuffed with a flavorful mixture of minced pork, wood-mushroom, vermicelli, garlic, and local black pepper, offering an exciting blend of textures and tastes. Served with steamed rice.

 Freshest selection of today’s seafood is stewed in white wine, olive oil, with garlic, potato, tomato, onion and bell pepper. Jorge's mom's "Caldeirada" recipe is a family favorite that's been passed down through generations
